I'm having trouble scheduling an intake appointment with a specific therapist

If you are in our client portal and no intake appointments are available to schedule, then that particular therapist is currently full and not accepting new clients. Schedule a call with our admin staff, and they can help you schedule with someone else or help refer you out.

I've been calling your office, and no one is answering the phones

Amy, our admin specialist is remote, so we send all of our calls through a phone-tree to the appropriate voicemail box. Leave a message, and someone will call you back, usually within 24 hours (unless it's a weekend). You can also email our admin team.

Do you offer evening and weekend appointments?

Yes! We have therapists with some evening appointments.

Reach out by email and we can help you find a therapist who will be a good fit for you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, zelle, Applepay, visa, mastercard, venmo and amex (including HSA accounts). We do not accept Discover cards, but can setup payments through ApplePay if you'd like to use one.

Do you take insurance?

Yes! Each of our therapists accepts different insurance plans. To see who takes what, visit our staff profiles here or use our Therapist Matcher. Some of us accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield/Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, and GATech’s Student United insurance plan, as an in-network provider. We can assist you in filing out-of-network claims to be reimbursed if you would like to use a different insurance plan.

What are your fees?

The fees of our therapists vary based on experience and other factors.

If you are using an insurance we are in-network with, you will pay your copay (unless there is a deductible to meet). The amount you pay while using insurance varies greatly depending on the plan. Before your first appointment we will verify your benefits and find out what that amount will be for you.

Do you prescribe medicine?

No, at this time the providers at Fleurish only provide psychotherapy. If in the course of therapy together, you would like to speak to someone about prescribing medicine, we can provide you with referrals to trusted psychiatrists to supplement your work in therapy.
