Client Portal Guide

Having trouble with our Jane client portal? Here are some solutions to the most common problems:

Logging In to Your Account:

As a client at Fleurish, you have access to a ‘My Account’ area.

From the Fleurish website you can access it by clicking “Client Portal” from the main menu, then clicking “Sign In.”

You can also access it (and/or bookmark) by visiting fleurish.janeapp.com/login

If you are having trouble logging in, email our admin team at info@fleurishpsychotherapy.com and they can reset you password, send you a new link, or otherwise get you back in.

Filling out Online Forms:

There are several things you can do from your ‘My Account’ area.

You can access a list of scheduled appointments and make new ones, access documents shared with you, update your contact and payment information and preferences, and link to family members’ profiles.

You can also access all of your ‘Intake Forms.’ Jane calls all online client forms ‘Intake Forms.’

Once in ‘Intake Forms’ you can see every form required and whether it has been completed.

If you have an account balance you can also log in to your account to view and pay it.
